Wagih is an accomplished sales and business development leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships.
He began his career in computer sales and maintenance, progressing to sales management at Company El Fagr for Modern Technology.
In 2007, he transitioned to the pharmaceutical sector, advancing from telesales representative to Director of the Telesales Call Center at Ibn Sina Pharma Company, where he led teams, optimized operations, and delivered measurable results.
In 2016, Wagih joined Microtec Company in Saudi Arabia, specializing in ERP software solutions, first as Sales Specialist and then as Sales Supervisor, managing key accounts and guiding clients through successful software adoption.
In 2023, he joined Reflexion Group as Business Development Manager & MISCT, driving growth initiatives, identifying strategic opportunities, and cultivating partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
Wagih holds a Bachelor of Arts in Library Science from Menofia University and multiple international certifications in sales, telesales management, leadership, and coaching.
