Marketing & Communications for SAUDI MET

The Saudi Mechanical Engineering Technology Conference and Exhibition (SAUDI MET) is a premier technical event held in the Kingdom with strong international participation. Organized to showcase innovation, share best practices, and present cutting-edge technologies in mechanical engineering, SAUDI MET draws industry leaders, researchers, decision-makers, and academics from sectors such as energy, advanced manufacturing, and engineering sciences. The 2025 edition took place from October 28–30 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Al Khobar, under the sponsorship of Saudi Aramco.

Our Role: Full Marketing & Communications Management

We were entrusted with managing the complete marketing and communications portfolio for SAUDI MET, which included:

• Creative Design: Developed visually compelling brochures and event materials that reflected the event’s technical sophistication and global stature.

• Content Development: Created and curated technical and promotional content tailored to engage both local and international audiences.

• Social Media Management: Strategically handled all social media platforms before, during, and after the event to maximize visibility and engagement.

• Speaker Coverage: Conducted interviews with presenters and published their professional bios and session highlights across digital channels.
